DB Acoustics is looking for new talent to join our team! As a family owned small business, we are able to offer flexibility and benefits that larger companies may not.
Work Location and Hours
Most of our roles require the employee to be present in our Marion office or on assigned job sites in Cedar Rapids and at various locations in Iowa. Some roles require occasional overnight travel to job locations.
Some roles can be tailored to be either full or part time.
- Full time work hours are 730-4
- Part time work hours (20-30 hours per week) are an option if that is the preference of the employee. These hours would have to occur during the normal 730-4 timeframe.
Employee Benefits
After a 90 day introductory period, full time employees will be eligible for company paid benefits including paid time-off, life insurance, medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage. 401k will be made available after 6 months of employment.
After a 90 day introductory period, part time employees will be eligible for paid time off on a prorated basis. Remaining benefits could be offered on a cost shared basis.
